When you receive something you weren't expecting, we feel your pain. That's why we're here for you every step of the way in your shopping journey!
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have a maximum of 30 days from the date you've received all your purchased items in the same order to submit the return request.
Please note that the return shipping fee must be covered by the customer, unless the original products are defective.
How can I make a return?
• Step 1: Email us at [email protected] with your intent to return, including order number, reason, and a photo of the item in its current state. If there are quality issues, please provide images of the exact faulty parts of said items.
• Step 2: Await for our confirmation and instructions.
• Step 3: Once your returned items are back at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 5 business days after receiving your return and refunds will be issued to the original payment method. You'll receive an email to confirm once the return has been completed.
Which items are eligible to be returned?
• Products must be returned in new, resalable condition. Products that have been altered or damaged (scratched, broken, etc.) are not eligible and may be discarded.
• Bundles need to be returned in full. Partial returns of bundled products will not qualify for a refund.
• Products marked as Final Clearance are not eligible for return or refund.
• jiajub.imcart is not responsible for lost or damaged items that are not delivered to our warehouse.
Important Notes on Returns and Refunds at jiajub.imcart:
• Correct Return Address: Please do not send your returns to the sender's address on the package, as this is not the designated return address and will result in delays.
• Return Request Requirement: Items must be returned only after requesting and receiving a return authorization. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.
• Customer Responsibility: jiajub.imcart is not liable for delivery failures due to customer negligence, including refusal of shipment or incorrect delivery information. This includes errors in the order address, contact number, or consignee's name.
• Updating Order Information: If you discover an error in your order details, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and corrected information.
